Drilling Hub Product Updates 26.1

Mandatory Plod fields, sticky Plods page navigation and more!

Written by Hannah Pham

Mandatory hole and drill bit fields for plods

Missing hole or drill bit details often lead to delays and follow-ups. You can now require holes and drill bit details to be filled in before a plod can be submitted from the tablet app.

This helps capture more complete field data upfront, reduces back-and-forth after submission, and speeds up plod approval. To opt-in, simply select mandatory fields under Project Settings.

Sticky plods list view

Previously, when you returned to the Plods list after reviewing a plod, you were taken back to the top of the page. This breaks your flow and you have to find your place again.

Now, when you exit a plod, you’re returned to the exact spot you left off in the list, making it faster and easier to review multiple plods without losing context.

Bulk update additional charge items in Cost Contracts

You can now define whether miscellaneous items are included in the billing cycle directly through the Cost Contract importer.

When importing items via CSV, you can specify if each item should be part of the billing cycle or not. This makes it much easier to bulk update additional charge items.
