Contact your Account Manager for Early Access.

Create a new Earthworks Contractor

Create a new Earthworks Cost Contract

Assign Field Activities to Drill Pads or Drill Holes

The next step is to ensure your Field Activities are configured to include Pads and Drill Holes. Your account manager will assist with the configuration. This setup will allow you to see Pad Activities on the Pads Workflow page.

Pads Workflow

Once you’ve set up your Field Activities for Drill Pads or Drill Holes, you’ll be ready to start using the Pads Workflow. On the Pads Workflow page, you’ll see only the Pad activities you configured in the previous step. You can also edit any of the Pad activities, add attachments and notes, or bulk record these Field Activities.

For the Pad workflow, Pads will automatically be assigned the workstream of its drill holes.

Hole Workflow Page

To view all activities associated with a hole, simply head to the Hole Workflow page. Here, you’ll find a comprehensive list of all pad and drill hole activities, as shown in the screenshot below.

If you need to edit a specific pad activity, you'd have to navigate to the Pad Workflow page as pad activities are not editable from the drill workflow page.

Getting Plods from Your Contractor

You can get plods from your Earthworks contractor in two ways: through the CorePlan Mobile App or via the Contractor Portal by importing plods.

CorePlan Mobile App

Earthworks plods are now available in our mobile app. Earthworks contractors now have access to a streamlined app experience without the drilling-specific features used by drilling contractors.

Your Earthworks Contractor can use the CorePlan mobile app to enter Activities, Consumables, Equipment, Miscellaneous items, People, and Attachments.

Contractors will have all the information available that you had previously setup in the cost contract. Information such as: activities, consumables, equipment and their costs.

The pads will be available for operators to choose from in the plod once the holes have been authorised.

CSV Plod Importer via the Contractor Portal

Your contractors can now Import their plods directly through the Contractor Portal.

What Your Contractor Will See

Your contractor will have access to all the plods they upload, along with the approval and rejection flow provided by CorePlan.
